A showroom exists to make a six-figure vehicle look exactly the way the brand intends, and the manufacturer’s image program dictates how: specified fixtures, colour temperatures, lux levels, layouts, and finishes, documented and audited. The service department pays the bills, and it runs on three-phase power. Bermis installs and upgrades the electrical backbone of the modern service bay: hoist power installation engineered for daily lift cycles, compressor and lubrication equipment power, welder and tire machine circuits, alignment bay equipment, wash bay installations rated for the environment, and the receptacle drops and cord reels laid out the way technicians actually work.
Bay counts grow and equipment changes. We size panels and distribution with spare capacity for the next hoist, not just the current floor plan, so adding a bay later is a circuit, not a construction project.
Manufacturer EV programs now tell franchised dealers what charging to install: charger types, counts, and placement, often with deadlines tied to allocation. Bermis delivers dealership EV charger installation as part of the brand standards package, from the site capacity assessment through Level 2 and DC fast charger installation, load management, and ESA sign-off.
The hard part is rarely the charger on the wall; it is the electrical capacity behind it. DC fast charging in particular can demand a service upgrade, and we engineer that early, alongside the panel capacity and conduit routes for the phase-two chargers your program will ask for next, so the second wave does not mean trenching the lot twice.
The lot sells after hours. Bermis installs and retrofits dealership lot lighting that puts inventory under even, high-rendering light, pylon and building signage power, perimeter and security lighting, and the site distribution behind all of it. The other six were retrofits of operating dealerships, which is the harder problem. Sales floors, service writes, and delivery areas stayed open. That takes phased panel cutovers, temporary power planned rather than improvised, night and weekend work as the default schedule, and daily coordination with your managers so no customer walks into a dark showroom.
