Dealership Electrical: Showrooms, Service Bays and Hoist Power

Automotive dealerships are one of the most demanding electrical environments Bermis works in, and one of our deepest specialties, with complete electrical packages delivered for nine franchised dealerships across the GTA, from new construction to full retrofits.

In the showroom, lighting is installed to the manufacturer’s brand standards, down to specified fixtures and layouts, because the lighting has to make a six-figure vehicle look exactly the way the brand intends. In the service department, we install reliable three-phase service bay power, hoist power installation that stands up to daily lift cycles, compressed air system power, and the receptacle and drop layouts technicians actually work from. On the lot, we handle site lighting, signage power, and the EV charging infrastructure franchise programs now require.

All of it is scheduled around sales and service hours. A working dealership does not close for an electrical contractor, and ours never have to.
